In 1993 Mr. Zael Bin Fahad  Al Mutairi Established His Own Business Following His Early Retirement, After Having Spent Many Years With The Saudi Basic Industrialization Company "Sabic" Where He Gained  Good Insight Of The Shipping Aspects Of Products And Raw Materials Exported And Imported From And To The Kingdom Of Saudi Arabia.
In The Year 1993 He Established Sedres Maritime  Which Was Involved Mainly In Maritime Activities, Initially It Was Revolving Around Shipping Agency And Ships Chandelling In Jubail, Later New Branches Of The Shipping Agency Were Introduced To Cover All Saudi Ports Under The Name Of Lamnalco Marine Services Company  Limited  ( Lmscl) Later To Be Known Under The Name Of (Lmscl-Lama ).
It Achieved Its First Successes In Representing Various Shipping Lines Of International Repute And Their Vessels While Calling The Ports Of Saudi Arabia For Loading Or Discharging Of Bulk Liquid, Chemicals, Dry Bulk Cargo And Project Equipments.

The Success Of Its Shipping Agency Encouraged Sedres Maritime  To Embark On Other Maritime Related Activities , We Are Very Proud Of The Successes Achieved So Far But We Are Specially Proud Of Having Been Part Of A Process To Simplify And Streamline Procedures In Our Ports Where We Suggested Some Modifications To Some Practices Which Contributed To Streamlining The Movement Of Ships And Cargo Through Saudi Arabia, Our Efforts Were Recognized And Appreciated By All Concern Parties (Port Authorities, Customs, Coast Guard, Immigration, Ships Owners, Surveyors And Others).
